1. A letter of recommendation from Myanmar Consulate-General in Kunming, verifying the authenticity of the applicant. 一封由驻昆明缅甸总领事馆出具的推荐信， 确认申请人的真实性。
2. Copies of academic qualifications in English, as mentioned in the application form. 按申请表要求提供的学术资格证明（英文版）。
3. One letter of recommendation on the applicant’s academic competency (name, designation, and address of the recommender must be included). 一封关于申请人学术能力的推荐信（推荐人的姓名、职位和联系方式须清楚标明）。
4. One letter of recommendation on the applicant’s character (name, designation, and address of the recommender must be included).
   一封关于申请人品格的推荐信（推荐人的姓名、职位和联系方式须清楚标明）。
5. A declaration regarding the financial support for the applicant’s stay in Myanmar. 一份关于申请人留缅期间经济资助声明的文件。
6. A copy of the applicant’s passport. 申请人护照的复印件。
