မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ ၂၈-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက်၊ ဒေသစံတော်ချိန် မွန်းလွဲ ၁၂ နာရီ ၅၁ မိနစ်ခန့်တွင် မန္တလေးမြို့၏ အရှေ့မြောက်ဘက် (၂၀) ကီလိုမီတာခန့်အကွာကို ဗဟိုပြု၍ အင်အား ရစ်(ခ်) တာစကေး ၇ ဒသမ ၇ အဆင့်ရှိ အင်အားအလွန်ပြင်းထန်သော မြေငလျင်တစ်ခုနှင့် နောက်ဆက်တွဲ ငလျင်ငယ် (၃) ခုခန့် လှုပ်ရှားခဲ့မှုကြောင့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အသက် အိုးအိမ် စည်းစိမ်များ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက် ယူနန်ပြည်နယ် အစိုးရကိုယ်စား၊ ယူနန် ပြည်နယ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးရုံး၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် မစ္စတာ ရန်ရှောက်ချန်  (Mr. Yang Shaocheng) သည် မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ကူမင်းမြိုသို့ ၂၈-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက်၊ ၁၇၃၀ နာရီတွင် လာရောက်၍ ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ယာယီတာဝန်ခံနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံပြီး စာနာ ထောက်ထားကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးရုံး၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရ၏ ဦးဆောင်လမ်းညွှန်မှုအောက်တွင် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများ၊ ကူညီကယ်ဆယ် ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို အရှိန်အဟုန်ဖြင့် အမြန်ဆုံး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည့် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်များသည် ဆွေမျိုးပေါက်ဖော် ဆက်ဆံ ရေးရှိသည့် မိမိတို့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ယူနန်ပြည်သူများတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သကဲ့သို့ ထပ်တူခံစား ရပါကြောင်းဖြင့် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၊ ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်အစိုးရသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ ငလျင်ဘေးအန္တရာယ် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ၁၈ နာရီအတွင်း ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးဆေးကုသမှုအဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို အထူး လေယာဉ်ဖြင့်စေလွှတ်ခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရ၏ ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ပါဝင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Myanmar Consulate General in Kunming, March 28, 2025 – The Yunnan Provincial Government has extended its deepest sympathies to the people of Myanmar following a powerful earthquake that struck the country on March 28, 2025, at approximately 12:51 PM local time. The earthquake, measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale, occurred around 20 kilometers northeast of Mandalay, causing significant loss of life and extensive damage.

In a gesture of solidarity, Mr. Yang Shaocheng, Director General of the Yunnan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, visited the Consulate General of Myanmar in Kunming at 17:30 hours on the same day. During his meeting with the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Consulate-General, he conveyed heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Yunnan Provincial Government and expressed deep concern for the affected communities.

Director General Yang reaffirmed his confidence in the Myanmar government’s ability to effectively manage disaster relief efforts and emphasized the profound sense of shared grief felt by the people of China, particularly in Yunnan, given the enduring bonds of friendship and close ties between the two sides.

In response to the disaster, the Yunnan Provincial Government promptly dispatched a specialized medical rescue team via charter flight within 18 hours of the earthquake to support relief operations under the leadership of the Myanmar government.

2025年3月28日当地时间12:51分，曼德勒市东北方向月20公里处为震中，发生7.7级强烈地震和3次余震。云南省人民政府外事办公室主任杨少成先生于28-3-2025日下午（17:30）时，前往缅甸驻昆明总领事馆，就缅甸强烈地震对缅甸人民造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失，与总领事馆临时负责人会面，表示对缅甸灾区人民致以深切慰问。

云南省人民政府外事办公室主任杨少成先生表示，相信在缅甸政府的领导下，自然灾害管理和救灾工作，将及时得到有力推进。存有胞波情谊的中国和云南人民，对缅甸灾民所受苦难感同身受。

中国、云南省政府在缅甸发生自然灾害后的18小时内，组织救援医疗队乘专机紧急驰援缅甸。参与缅甸政府的抗震救灾工作。
